(3) Mixing: Gradually add the WPC Embossing Board mixture to an open mixer at a temperature of 130 to 140 ℃ within 2 minutes and mix for 6 minutes, and then discharge the tablets.

(4) Softening: Spread a certain amount of mixed materials in the mold, and then place it together with the WPC Embossing Board mold in a hot press at a preset temperature, and press it to the required value under the condition of a pressure of 4.0 MPa time.

(5) Shaping: Take the WPC Embossing Board material that has reached the softening time from the hot press together with the mold, and then quickly move it to a low-temperature press with a temperature of 55 ℃ and a pressure of 0.2 MPa for 20 minutes, and then take it out Obtain test pieces.
