This may be due to the increase of oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface as the UV irradiation time increases, which is beneficial to improve the surface wetting effect. After being heated by infrared radiation and lightly sanded, the contact angle of the surface of WPC Laminated Board composite material decreases significantly. This is because the surface layer melts and sinks under the action of high temperature, and light sanding can expose more wood fibers, which makes it hydrophilic. With the prolonging of the irradiation time, the surface bonding strength decreases. This is because too long UV irradiation time will damage the surface, make the bond between the surface materials worse, the substrate surface strength decreases, and the veneer performance deteriorates. In the infrared radiation treatment group, 180 ℃ -25 s infrared radiation is the better treatment condition, and the surface bonding strength of WPC Laminated Board composite material is the best. If the temperature of the infrared radiation heating treatment is low, the test piece will not be sufficiently heated, the polymer melting effect will be poor, and the surface fiber will be exposed unevenly; if the temperature is too high, the WPC Lamination Board substrate will melt excessively without mold pressure, The base material is loose, and the surface structure of the WPC Laminated Board is damaged.
